I just downloaded both a binary distribution and the source code for
Curl (windows version). The binary distro contained just a dll (and
respecitve lib), whereas I'd rather link it statically. Also, I tried
compiling it from the source code, but 1) it would only give me the
DLL anyway 2) there were error so I gave up on that.

What/how shall I build Curl to get a lib that I can link statically to
my project? I use VC6.0 on Windows XP.
