Upload Data to a Remote Site

Hi,
I need more information/help on how to call libcurl functions from my
own objects to upload a chuck of memory or a buffer to a remote site.
all the information I found was on libcurl tutorial at
http://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-tutorial.html in section: upload
data to a remote site.
