I know this has to be asked already, and I've searched through the docs and
just don't seem to be able to find it.

I'd like to build my final executable where it has the curl library
statically linked and doesn't need curl to be installed on the box it will
run on. But when I run it on systems without curl installed it complains.

Is there a way to link in libcurl static?
