Nice.

1 - I don't want to break existing applications so these new millisecond
     options would have to be new options and I still want the old ones to
     work...

2 - hugehelp.c is built from the curl.1 man page and the docs/MANUAL page so
     those are the files to edit

3 - During this talk about "timeouts in milliseconds" I thought actual
     timeouts as set with curl_easy_setopt() were what we talked about, not the
     reported times for various stuff...
