This was pretty tricky to solve because of all the macros in the memory
debug code, but I've come up with a solution that seems to work; I ended
up moving the strdup replacement into a new lib/strdup.c file as
curlx_strdup(). Anyone have an Ultrix system to try it out on? ;^)
