Ah the joy of reading an RFC :)
Ok so after reading it seems I got it right, a, b, c and d must be url
encoded in ftp://a:b@c/d
I think this should be mentionned in the CURLOPT_URL documentation, or
completed in the tutorial. The only part speaking about encoding is
for the passwords at the moment.
