I see I added the changelog entry dated 11th of Feb 2006 so you should be able
to use CVS and its date selector to extract a patch. Or you can dig up the
patches Karl Moerder posted to this list around that time as I believe I
applied them pretty much as-is.

My guess is that you'll have a lot more trouble getting such a patch and
applying it than it would be to simply upgrade to 7.15.2.
