For reference, i have attached the errors i've encountered.

This is when I point the include directory to the KFW include and just that.

I suspect this has to be built with Cygwin or something else other
than VC since it's looking for netdb.h, types.h, and netinet/in.h.

Also, I tried including the Cygwin include, but that apparently
introduces much more compile errors.
