I made a second mistake ... with the time span of two weeks.

I had a little bit time today and I looked over the problem with
the FTP and HTTP structs.
I think I found a good way for solving it. Of course it is better
then the "padding-workaround" and simple too. It works for
FTP over HTTP CONNECT very good without crashes.
And if I understood the whole libcurl code correct enough
the patch doesn't influence any other connect methods.
