Hi,

I have attached the patch with what I had to do in order
to get the test tftp server to compile.

Apart from the patch itself I also had to copy the
'tftp.h' file from a linux box, since it doesn't come
with mingw.

I'm afraid the patch is done in my usual 'I don't know
what I am doing but that ain't stopping me' mode, but
at least test 271 passes.
