Here is another draft. It contains changes we discussed:

  - client_global_openssl_ok(), etc. made proper intra-library functions.

  - use_global_openssl(), etc. replaced with flags on client_init().

I also added man pages for the 3 added functions.

The patch contains 2 lines to add "OpenSSL" and "GnuTLS" to the output
of curl-config --features . It doesn't seem like it could hurt anybody,
and I know it will be useful to some.
