OS: Windows Xp
LibCurl Version: 7.14.1

When using the easy interface and calling curl_easy_perform after
setting an invalid Name in
curl_easy_setopt(curl_handle, CURLOPT_URL, URL) where URL is an invalid
address,

I get a return value of CURLE_OPERATION_TIMEOUTED and the error text is
"Resolving host timed out: [server name]"

I would have expected (And need) CURLE_COULDNT_RESOLVE_HOST.

Any suggestions?
