Internally we use the SSLeay name all over when SSLeay _or_ OpenSSL has been
enabled. OpenSSL started its life with an API that was identical to SSLeay, so
I'm not sure if we still build with SSLeay or not.

I'm not even sure what oldest OpenSSL version we support.

But yes, I seriously doubt that anyone still uses SSLeay these days so we
could very well remove support for it.
