Hello curl-library,

  I am using libcurl 7.14.0 statically linked.
  I think there is a problem with gethostbyname_thread(). Looking at
  the callstack I receive:
  gethostbyname_thread(void * arg=0x00000000) Line 189 C

  hostthre.c:189:
  if (!DuplicateHandle(curr_proc, td->mutex_waiting,
                       curr_proc, &mutex_waiting, 0, FALSE,
                       DUPLICATE_SAME_ACCESS))
  have any clues?
