AFAIK, --with-tags is provided by a generic macro we use, and not by any m4
code we've written. Thus if this really is considered as a bug, I figure the
correct procedure would be to identify which macro that produces/accepts this
and thus where to report this problem. Possibly this problem may even have
been fixed in a newer version of that macro, as you (or the daily snapshot
server) might not use the very latest auto* tools when generating the
configure script.
