I have a customer who wants to send traffic through an
authenticated proxy. I have added the logic to set the
CURLOPT_PROXYUSERPWD and have set the auth method to CURLAUTH_ANY.

I have also compiled with SSL and (based on being able to download
www.thawte.com) I believe I now have SSL at least somewhat working.

Is there anything else that I need to do to support this proxy authentication?

Also, does anyone have an authenticating proxy available on the
great wide web that I could run a few tests against to see if my
code is working properly?
