Cris,

Implement WriteMemoryCallback (with the correct
signature of course) as a static member, NOT an
instance member. Then modify the call to
curl_easy_setopt, as follows:

curl_easy_setopt(curl_handle,
    CURLOPT_WRITEFUNCTION,
    MyClass::WriteMemoryCallback);
