Fix for Download on error with True64Unix 5.1

Hello
When the FTP server not answer at the file size request, Curl return partial file status but file is OK.
I modifyed the source file ftp.c at line 2144 and it's work fine :
if ( (size > conn->maxdownload && conn->maxdownload > 0)
||(size == 0)&&(conn->maxdownload == -1) )
size = conn->size = conn->maxdownload;
