Hey

I've found some (rather silly) bugs in 7.13.1 and I intend to fix a few more
in the next few days.

As I've hinted previously, I have a rather big patch pending that I want to
apply after the next release.

If you know of any problems in the 7.13.1 release you REALLY want to see fixed
in 7.13.2, speak up now. I things go well, we have a release late this week or
early next.
