>From curl 7.12.3 up to the last 7.13.1, a new define 'CURL_STATICLIB' is
available to help building an application that uses the static libcurl
library.
But, this define should also be used in the libcurl 'Makefile.vc6' for all
the static libcurl library builds instead of 'BUILDING_LIBCURL', or am I
wrong ?
