Hello, all.

I've now gone through the Makefile.vc6 in the lib
directory, making changes that allowed me to build the
following targets: release, debug, release-ssl,
release-dll and release-ssl-dll. I attach the diff
from the version supplied with the 7.13.1 release for
posterity.
