Hello Matthew,

I've updated the file

http://www.jeffp.net/downloads/libcurl-7.13.0-ssl-zlib-ares.zip

to include Visual Studio 6 workspace and project files
that built an executable that ran successfully on an
older Windows 2000 machine of mine. Hopefully this
will help. If not, I think I'm at the end of the line.
