As usual, they seem to be fixing and patching things in libcurl without
telling us. While that is of course perfectly permitted, I find it strangely
unhelpful.

Anyway, I've tried to adjust accordingly with the changes I found reasonable.
They keep on doing weird changes that I don't understand nor approve of.
