Sorry for missing some important details.
I'm looking for OS/390 and z/OS support in particular. Are you aware of any activities going on on those platforms?

If no one has done it, I will probably try porting it.

The download page only lists binary packages we've discovered or been notified
about. There may be others out there that we don't know of.

libcurl is very portable and builds on numerous operating systems. I don't
know what "mainframe" means exactly, and I don't know what kind of
environments your "mainframe" provides so I cannot tell for sure.
