Summary: "unaligned access" error message

Initial Comment:
Hi,

    While running the following invocation:

curl https://fastmail.fm

    I receive the following error messages repeatedly
(15 times):

pid 13343 (curl): unaligned access: va=0x1ffffef3c
pc=0x1601d17b4 ra=0x1601d17ac sp=0x1ffffee78 op=ldq
pid 13343 (curl): unaligned access: va=0x1ffffef3c
pc=0x1601d17bc ra=0x1601d17ac sp=0x1ffffee78 op=stq

    Here's the spec of the host machine I use (it's on
Stephen Jones's SDF at sverige.freeshell.org) :

NetBSD sverige 1.6.2_STABLE NetBSD 1.6.2_STABLE (sdf)
#0: Sun Jul 25 04:17:09 UTC 2004
root_at_ol:/var/src/src/sys/arch/alpha/compile/sdf alpha

     It appears to continue downloading correctly, but
the error messages inhibit my ability to debug my own
scripting application errors.

     How may I assist in fixing this?

Kevin
