Summary: CONNECT with PROXYAUTH DIGEST not working

Initial Comment:
When I attempt a CONNECT to a (squid based) proxy
server that uses digest based authentication,
Curl_ConnectHTTPProxyTunnel fails - it ends up calling:

failf(data, "Proxy CONNECT aborted");

However, I can connect to it fine in IE or Mozilla (the
proxy ONLY supports digest authentication).

Basic authentication on another proxy running here
works fine. Can anyone confirm this? It could be a
problem in my build, I suppose.
