./src/Makefile.inc missing in daily snapshots

Hi Daniel,
./src/Makefile.inc is missing in daily snapshot tarballs, and I didnt find where that is set....
also we can now let ./src/Makefile.am include ./src/Makefile.inc as we did in the lib dir.
