hmm, I guess there's still something wrong then; I've just uploaded my openssl build here:
http://www.gknw.net/development/ossl/win32/

with this I could successfully build curl.exe with SSL support;
please try first to create curl.exe with SSL, if that links fine ands you get the executable, then take the Makefile.b32 as sample...

if you still cant link your app then please post it here if possible, or email me directly, and I give it a try...
