Autobuild tests on cross-compiled builds

I tried doing an autobuild for a cross-compiled ARM target. Aside from a
bunch of warnings from a poorly-generated system header file, the build
went fine. Of course, the tests couldn't be run because it was a
cross-compile, yet the autobuild summary page still shows "fail".
It seems that testcurl.pl will write a fake test succeeded line on non-GNU
platforms to fake out the web page summary generator, but it tries to
run the tests on all GNU-like platforms (cross-compiled or not).
The test script is smart enough to know that it's pointless to proceed,
but the web page doesn't see a succeeded line (real or fake) so it assumes
failure.
