Hi

I now handle both the host name and the proxy name to be IDN and encode them
accordingly. I think that cookies for IDN sites work too.

I tried resolving with IPv6, IPv4 and ares and they could all resolve and get
the root pages from both www.tromsø.no and www.hörby.se when CHARSET was set
to ISO8859-1.

I think I managed to do this in a rather seemless fashion internally, but feel
free to comment and suggest other approaches if you find any quirks.

I intend to write up a bunch of test cases next.
