The latter I think. It started to appear after to my changes to the
NTLM/Digest auth code. None of those changes _should_ affect test 88 or 154
(like the failures show), but I think they changed some timing (or so) that
makes this error appear now. The problem probably always was there but just
didn't appear.

I believe the 154 error was basicly the same problem we see in the test 88
failure now, so we might be able to fix both at once if we just figure out why
one of them fails.
