We now only have one remaining issue in the TODO-RELEASE[*] document to fix
before 7.11.2:

31. Fix multi interface for windows with ares. curl_multi_fdset() returns
    blank fdsets during name lookup which causes a following select() to fail!
    High prio.

I need help to get this corrected!

Also, I need help to see what the problem is with several platforms that fail
