curl-7.11.1-pre1 and ares

There is a bit of a problem for those who want to use curl with ares... they
need to download the cvs version of c-ares. 7.11.1 depends on
ares_version.h, that doesn't come with c-ares 1.0.0. I suggest that before
7.11.1 final is released, a new version of c-ares be released as well.
