Then get it! http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/packages/patch.htm and
http://www.fsf.org/software/patch/patch.html are two good places for it.

Right, and that's why I offered you the patch since you could then patch your
local version and it would most likely work. My dev version works against the
CVS version of curl, obviously no longer with the 7.11.0 sources.
Please apply the patch on your sources or get a recent curl off CVS or a
snapshot and then replace the lib/http.c with the http-issue12.c one.
