I have a problem with the curl, and I need of your help.

I am writing a program with using a libcurl, when i have to compile with visual c++.net and start the program , I´m becom from the funktion curl_easy_perform the return value CURLE_COULDNT_CONNECT, but when I compile with visual c++ 6.0 the return value is ok.

Is the curl not compatible with .net?
