$ ls -l runtests.pl
-rwxrwxr-x 1 dast dast 41186 Jan 13 09:57 runtests.pl
$ ../src/curl -T runtests.pl localhost:8999/1 --trace dump
<foo>
$ ls -l dump
-rw-rw-r-- 1 dast dast 186036 Feb 2 13:51 dump

Can you tell us how to repeat this problem? I even re-run this command with
valgrind, and it found no problems at all.

This is my dev version of curl, but we haven't made _that_ many changes
since
7.11.0 yet...
