lib/README.ares has the details for that.

So it seems. Still, the correct way to fix this is to make use of the share
interface to set lock and unlock functions and then make sure the libcurl code
correctly use them internally.

Do not hold your breath waiting for me to implement this, I'm up to my ears in
work already and the level is rising... I need help.
