I am creating an application using libcurl and I would like to link
libcurl in statically and openssl in dynamically on Windows.

I tried building the static version of Curl and it appears that this
creates a libcurl with and OpenSSL statically linked in.

Any suggestions how I can build it so that OpenSSL is not statically
linked.
