Summary: Patch to support subjectAltName (like RFC 2818)

Initial Comment:
This patch allows curl to match hostsnames which do not
occur in the server certificate subject name, but which
are tagged with DNS subjectAltName extensions - as
specificied in RFC 2818

The code came originally from the OpenLDAP libldap
library, and is subject to their copyright.

The patch is against 7.10.6
