Summary: Enable --negotiate to work with IIS

Initial Comment:
Currently the --negotiate support expects GSS-Negotiate

(and a service name of khttp) to be used as the http

authentication mechanism. IIS however uses just

Negotiate and a service name of http.

This patch allows curl to support both GSS-Negotiate

and Negotiate.
