I'm using a static version of OpenSSL, because of requirements of my application. Is this a problem? Can I make it work? This is the error I got:
/usr/ccs/bin/ld: DP relative code in file /opt/qtwork/qt/project/openssl-0.9.7b/lib/libssl.a(s2_clnt.o) - shared library must be position
independent. Use +z or +Z to recompile.
