Hi,

I had to issue some custom ftp commands and wanted to check on the response
code. I've seen that we have a CURLINFO_HTTP_CODE but no corresponding info
for ftp. So I have made a patch that stores the last ftp response code at the
same place like the http codes - so it can be retrieved with
CURLINFO_HTTP_CODE.

Maybe it would be cleaner to introduce a new name for this, like
CURLINFO_RESPONSE_CODE or something like this. But it's not on me to decide
this.

Feedback welcome and feel free to include this patch into libcurl.
