Yes, but lots of build environments are inferior and cannot build that file,
which is the reason I include it already in the release archive.

We could possibly have the platforms that use static Makefiles to use a
different file name than src/hugehelp.c and include that, to have the source
file properly re-generated on the platforms that support it.
