When using MSYS, it's *very close* to working already. I'm not a
./configure guru, so I don't know how to fix the problems I see. It's
pretty clear that the ./configure script gets confused by sockets vs.
winsock, but like I say, I don't know how to change it to actually work.

The make -f makefile.m32 in [curl]/lib works like a charm, though :)

Perhaps a log might help:
