I tried to set a breakpoint for the cert_hostcheck function in gdb with my
program loaded and
gdb gave me a error saying the function did not exist. Is the libcurl
library compiled by default
with the -g option? Also I linked my program with the libcurl.so file not
the libcurl.a file.

Any thoughts?
