Please try a bit harder to help out. If you don't give us enough info, we
won't be able to help you or fix the problem you seem to be facing.

How long is it using that amount of CPU? Is it always doing that when you use
curl on HTTPS sites? If you use -v, how much text do you get output on screen
before it uses 100%?

When I try curl on one of the URLs above, I don't get any problem.

What OpenSSL version are you using?

That's the PHP/CURL DLL, you should contact a PHP forum for that kind of
things. We talk libcurl matters here, indenpendently from PHP.

I don't have such a DLL or library for any platform.
