I will be happy to look into adding sftp support to libcurl, but I
don't feel that comfortable that scp really fits the libcurl access
model.

It will probably take some time to get a testable implementation due to
other demands on my time right now.

Additionally if anyone knows of a non-GPL sftp implementation, that
might speed the implementation, but perhaps not.
