Compiling problem

Hi all,
I have just installed curl-7.10.3 on linux RedHat 7.2 by using the
commands ./configure, make, make install. When I type "curl-config
--cflags" nothing is displayed. As the file curl.h is found in the
/usr/local/curl-7.10.3/include/curl directory, I have used the command "g++
-o test `curl-config` docs/examples/simple.c
-I/usr/local/curl-7.10.3/include" command to compile the program but I get
2.96. Can someone help me to figure out what happening or what I should do.
Your help is very much welcome.

                                         Thanks,
                                          Arnaud.
