I don't know when it will be supported. I know some people have mentioned
that they might have a go at implementing NTLM, but so far I've received no
patches. I am not working on this myself atm (mainly because I have no way of
trying it out).

Everything I do on curl and curl sources are always available from the web
site and CVS repository.
