Added since the previous pre-release:

 o added curl_version_info() for various runtime version info
 o added curl_free() that allows freeing data libcurl malloced()

Fixes since the previous pre-release:

 o headerless HTTP downloads
 o "-C -" on multiple file downloads
 o resume on file:// downloads
 o memory leak in libcurl on repeated resume http downloads
 o crashes on 64bit machines solved
